  • Your top 3 lead sources Where do most of your inbound enquiries come from today? Web form, LinkedIn DMs, referrals, paid ads, etc. List the volume per source if you know it. Why we need it. To map where the value enters your business.
  • The 3 to 5 tools you currently use CRM, email, spreadsheets, Slack, anything where lead or client data lives. Even if it is just a Google Sheet, list it. Why we need it. To see where data is fragmenting.
  • Your current first-response time On average, how fast does someone hear back after they submit a form or send a DM? Best guess is fine. Why we need it. The number one predictor of conversion is speed to reply.
  • The single biggest manual task What do you or your team retype most? Lead handoffs, follow-ups, status updates, invoicing? The thing you wish would do itself. Why we need it. This is usually the highest-leverage automation.
  • One bottleneck you have already tried to fix What did you try? What worked, what did not? Tell us the truth, even the embarrassing parts. We have seen worse. Why we need it. So we don't suggest something you have already ruled out.
